Journey Particulars & Logistics
What is included in the package price?
The package covers all scholar-led site visits, domestic transfers, premium hotel accommodations, gourmet regional meals, and comprehensive travel insurance. Please note that international flights to and from Japan remain excluded.
How does the payment schedule work?
A 22% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the journey departure. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Can I combine multiple journeys?
Absolutely. Our pre-trip Okinawa and post-trip Tokyo expeditions are designed to flow seamlessly from the core Osaka/Kyoto and Nara experience.Â
