Journey Particulars & Logistics
What is included in the package price?
The package covers all scholar-led site visits, domestic transfers, premium hotel accommodations, and regional meals. International flights and travel insurance are not included.
How does the payment schedule work?
A $1,000 deposit holds the core trip. $1,500 with Tokyo, $1,800 with Okinawa, $2,000 for the all-in. The remaining balance is due January 6, 2027. We accept bank transfers.
Can I combine multiple journeys?
Absolutely. Our pre-trip Okinawa and post-trip Tokyo expeditions are designed to flow seamlessly from the core Osaka/Kyoto and Nara experience.Â
